  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

✖ Non-Refundable Items:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email info@lucaso.online within 30 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for refund request
  2. Return Authorization:
    • We’ll review within 48 hours
    • If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Include RA number on package
    • Use trackable shipping (e.g., USPS, FedEx)

Refund Processing

  • Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive return
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable (unless our error)

Exceptions

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 7 days with photos for free replacement/full refund
  • Wrong Items Received: We provide prepaid return label + full refund
  • Sale Items: Refunded at purchase price

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless:
    • Item is defective/damaged
    • Wrong item was shipped
