- Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
✖ Non-Refundable Items:
- Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie (hygiene reasons)
- Personalized/custom-made products
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email info@lucaso.online within 30 days with:
- Your order number
- Product details
- Reason for refund request
- Return Authorization:
- We’ll review within 48 hours
- If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship Your Return:
- Include RA number on package
- Use trackable shipping (e.g., USPS, FedEx)
Refund Processing
- Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive return
- Issued to original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear
- Original shipping fees non-refundable (unless our error)
Exceptions
- Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 7 days with photos for free replacement/full refund
- Wrong Items Received: We provide prepaid return label + full refund
- Sale Items: Refunded at purchase price
Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless:
- Item is defective/damaged
- Wrong item was shipped
