- International (7-15 business days): Calculated at checkout (customs/duties apply)
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
2. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned as undeliverable, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility
✅ Acceptable Returns:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear, swimwear, and personalized/custom items.
- Final sale items (marked during purchase).
2. How to Return

- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Get Approval: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship Back:
- Include the RA number on the package.
- Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
3. Refunds
- Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
4. Damaged/Defective Items
- Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
