    • International (7-15 business days): Calculated at checkout (customs/duties apply)
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

2. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned as undeliverable, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility

✅ Acceptable Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and personalized/custom items.
  • Final sale items (marked during purchase).

2. How to Return

    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
  2. Get Approval: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship Back:
    • Include the RA number on the package.
    • Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, FedEx).

3. Refunds

  • Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

4. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs
